Tiring but fun Friday had school and cabbed down to Hilton. It's quite near to school. Saw this staff there and she told us is chinese dinner menu & I thought it will be like buffet all those end up is banquet OMG. CHINESE DINNER the menu and when we are in the lift I am thinking that i'm so screwed. Lionel like telling louis wow you first time jiu kena chinese so suay. Working for Hilton at istana. Yes it is fun as always (: muhahaha. Got lost inside istana at first didn't know where to go, it's huge! And the cocktail reception place is so pretty! There's saf band and awesome man they played American graffiti (: was under Scott. He's so nice & i think he's from hongkong. His english isn't that good and he speak cantonese really well. Also, he speak to me in english + cantonese + chinese lol! well I find all the catering manager/assistant manager so nice in Hilton :D my hands ache alot when carrying the tray and all that. And I spilled the drinks! Lucky lionel block for me and he get coke on his shoe and pants. I wanted to pick up the glass that drop and another drop oh gosh! That's the epic scene haha. Lionel pants filled with coke and after that for the banquet people also accidentally pour on his pants lol. Louis and I are like omg my hands are dying super tired and aching. It's super fun leh. Scott and Joseph are so nice haha. Joseph recognize me and he tell Scott! He asked me whether i work for turf club before right! Call me xiaomeimei somemore -.- Called the 5 of us to OT and I'm thinking whether to OT or not. Is like I can't carry the guys stuff also but nvm just OT. And that nizam anyhow la go tell Scott I can carry 2 tables -.- I keep telling Scott how to pronounce Amirah name and he keep amaru-.- Funny la he. They all ah scold vulgarities alot! Yes, the managers are nice but the people at the clean up area so ASDFGHJK attitude. Like seriously damn freaking attitude. Just want to flip the table on them. The shark fin soup damn heavy! I carried to the side table and after that Scott asked me why no bring inside. I'm like very heavy leh and still need portion T.T But he's nice he helped me to do it :D I just bring the stuff in the kitchen. But yeah only that dish, the rest I have to do it. Lucky no portioning needed after that except the rice which is portion behind. The appetizer dish is quite heavy. I bring in and I wanted to put it down lightly but it suddenly pong down so loudly. PS sia OTL. I don't want to ask them what drinks they want cause I scared I forget. Lucky amirah is a good partner hehe :D Joseph and Scott keep girl ah girl ah there so many girls idk which he calling except Scott lol he always call me idk why! He say don't drop ah i very stress liao then i'm like okok chill. But I spilled water on the floor lucky not on guest. That Louis drop the bowl and it broke so loudly, his manager i think yiwei(?) is nice too. he didn't scold him or anything. It's super busy behind the scene and you can hear alot of vulgarities all around. After everything end we are like finally!! And met up with the guys and talked about what happen. EPIC LIONEL! He drop coke on the guest but the guest is very nice just says nvm. Well, tbh, all the guests there are really nice :D Lionel won the 'accident award' haha. Louis and I are like saying about how we have no strength to carry those stuff and nizam is like when he heard there's something broken, he knew ahhhh that louis. Okay idk what i'm saying but damn epic. We all are laughing at each other. Cliff damn tall! Like 185-189. Scott asked us whether want to OT or not, I'm still hesitating then I'm like okok i work when lionel all those keep pester me to work ot. Scott looked at me like you serious. haha OIIIII I can carry other stuff hor tsk. Maxicab back the hotel. Pushed all linen and stuff. I tell you the lift there can vomit inside la. Gt that rollercoaster feeling. Worst still we just ate our supper and we went in the lift which like stops almost every floor! And I saw IMRAN! OMG. he's like I remember you. i think you grow taller. RAWR Imran! He's super nice but he's with the nus that side ): No people to help us take food. Joseph and scott didn't help us to take ): Imran says the two girls go eat supper first muhahaha he's nice to us :D Had supper at the cafe there and imran came and tease me again tskkk before taking maxicab home. zz the whole cab I only know imran. i don't even know the 3 guys there and they keep talking to me idk what to reply. Damn awkward. Whole cab i'm the only girl. They said I look abit like malay and abit like ABC. I'm like don't I look like singaporean?! Call me act slang somemore then make me look like ABC-.- And they know Alif omg. What a small world lol! Freaking awkward inside. There's this guy like crazy keep shaking his head while listening to songs and they keep talking to me. I just kept quiet and they said I spaced out. Too tired. Well I'm listening but idk what to reply them! Ahhh I miss Hilton staff ): no more chance already cause I'm starting intern ): always withdrawal after working with them cause it's damn fun! Even though it's tiring. And scott so cute uh jurong east is not in east luh! And he said to this waitress don't disfigure me i'm still young! 31 years old. When the lady pouring hot water into some big container. haha |
